What are the delivery costs?
We provide a premium, hand-delivery service. Costs are transparently shown at checkout and based on delivery regions. For destinations outside standard zones, we offer Special Delivery upon request. Each order receives tailored handling, so your gift arrives as beautiful and refined as intended.

In many cases, yes. We can often accommodate urgent deliveries depending on availability and schedule. For Shabbos, orders are accepted until Thursday.

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our gifts, returns are limited. However, your satisfaction is our priority: if an issue arises, contact us immediately and we’ll provide a swift, personalized solution.
Are your products kosher?
Kosher standards are a top priority. While Gift Presentation is not a manufacturer, we partner only with premium suppliers under the strictest supervision (Badatz Edah HaChareidis or widely recognized Mehadrin).
