Welcome to Gift-Presentation.com (hereinafter: “the Website”). This Website operates as a virtual store and serves as an online marketplace for purchasing gift products. The Website is owned and operated by Gift-Presentation (hereinafter: “the Website Operator”).

General
All references in this Terms and Conditions document in the masculine form shall also refer to the feminine form, as applicable.
This document constitutes a binding agreement between you (hereinafter: “the User” or “the Purchaser”) and Gift-Presentation (hereinafter: “the Company”). The purpose of this document is to enable your unrestricted use of the services provided on the Website, whether currently available or offered in the future.
If you do not agree to any of the terms outlined in this document, you must immediately exit the Website and refrain from using any of its content or services.
By using the Website or making any purchases, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and waives any claims against the Website Operator, except for those relating to a breach of these Terms by the Operator.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Website, prohibit actions, or cancel transactions of any User whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, contrary to these Terms, or potentially harmful to the Website or the Company.
These Terms may be modified, deleted, added to, or updated at any time at the sole discretion of the Company without prior notice. Users must review these Terms periodically, particularly before using the Website or making a transaction, as the current version posted on the Website shall apply to any use or purchase. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
In the event of any contradiction between the content of the Website and these Terms, the Terms will prevail.
These Terms apply to any use of the Website, including browsing or transactions, on any device, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.
Products Offered for Sale
The Website offers a curated selection of high-quality products from top manufacturers, importers, and suppliers. Purchases are made directly through the Website, and the listed price at the time of the transaction is the binding price.
The Company is not the manufacturer or importer of all of the products offered. In many cases, the Company acts as an intermediary between the supplier and the customer.
The Company reserves the right to change product offerings and pricing at any time without notice. Some prices may be exclusive to the Website and may differ from third-party prices. Product prices do not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are added at checkout based on the type of product, delivery location, method selected, and the delivery policy of the Company or the supplier.
While the Company endeavors to provide accurate and sufficient product information, product images and designs on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Variations may occur due to screen display and photography differences.
In cases of discrepancies between product images and product descriptions, the written description will prevail.
Design variations may occur due to inventory levels and designer discretion (e.g., chocolate type, flower color, packaging). The Company will do its best to deliver a product similar to the Website’s image but cannot guarantee exact matches.
All prices include VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed and confirmed.
We aim for continuous Website availability and regular updates; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or upgrades. No monetary compensation will be provided for such downtime.
In the case of a pricing error—whether due to a typographical mistake or incorrect information from a supplier—the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, even after confirmation. If payment was already processed, the customer will be refunded accordingly.
If a product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the Company will inform the customer within 7 business days and offer either a refund or the option to wait for restocking. The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from stock shortages.
Purchases and Payments
Gift-Presentation allows you to conveniently purchase items such as fruit trays, flowers, balloon arrangements, elegant cakes, premium chocolates, festive gift boxes, and more through the Website.

For custom inscriptions on products, customers must enter the desired text in the designated field during checkout. If the order is made by phone or email, written confirmation of the text is required. Once approved by phone, no changes or claims regarding the content will be accepted.
Purchases may be made by individuals aged 18 or older, or by legally recognized entities.
Minors under 18 or users unable to enter into legal agreements must obtain consent from a legal guardian. The guardian bears responsibility for the minor’s activity on the Website. Use by minors constitutes agreement by the guardian to these Terms.
The Company may set limits on order quantities, minimum or maximum purchase amounts, or total order weight at its discretion.
The Company is not responsible for failed transactions due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User. Submitting false information may constitute a criminal offense, and the Company may pursue civil and/or criminal legal action in such cases.
The Company will not fulfill orders containing alcohol or wine placed by minors (under 18), in accordance with Israeli law.
To place an order, the User must enter personal and payment details. Registration implies consent to open a customer account and to receive marketing communications from the Company.
Payment Processing: Payment is subject to credit card authorization. Once approved, the order is recorded in the system and confirmation is sent via email within 48 hours.
If the User chooses to provide credit card information by phone, a Gift-Presentation representative will follow up. The order will only be processed after successful payment authorization. Delivery timelines apply only from that point. If the User does not respond within 7 days, the order will be canceled.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—logos, domain names, trademarks, product ideas, text, images, code, and designs—is the sole property of Gift-Presentation or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent from the Company.
Marketing and Newsletters
Gift-Presentation may contact users via email or other means to inform them of promotions and offers.
By registering, the User agrees to receive marketing communications in accordance with Israeli law (2008 Communications Law). Users may unsubscribe at any time via the Website or links in the emails.
Gift-Presentation is not responsible for ensuring that the provided email is not accessed by other individuals; the User bears responsibility for such access.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Non-Registered Users:
Anonymous data such as IP addresses and browsing behavior may be collected for analytical purposes using tools like Google Analytics. This data does not personally identify users. - Registered Users:
Upon registration, personal information such as full name, ID number, address, phone number, and email may be collected and stored.
By registering, the User consents to the collection and storage of this data.
Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law (1981), users may review, update, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.
- Use of Information:
The Company may use collected data for internal commercial purposes and service improvement. It will not share personally identifiable information with third parties without consent unless legally required.
Reasonable security measures are taken to protect data, but the Company is not liable for unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond its control.

Deliveries
We deliver to most areas in Israel for a fee. Delivery is not guaranteed in conflict zones or settlement areas. Deliveries are handled by an external courier service.
Delivery is typically completed within 3 business days. Urgent delivery within 24 hours may be available by phone arrangement and subject to stock availability and applicable fees.
In some cases, the delivery service may contact the recipient to coordinate a time. If the recipient is not available, the package may be left at the doorstep or with a neighbor, at the sole discretion of the courier or the Company. No claims will be accepted in such cases.
Shipping fees are calculated based on product type, destination, and delivery method. Extra charges may apply for heavy, remote, or urgent deliveries.
Delivery Disclaimer: The Company’s responsibility ends once the product leaves the store.
Cancellations, Changes, and Returns
- Order Cancellation: Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time, except for custom-prepared items already in production.
- Package Modifications: Requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours before delivery and confirmed by the Company.
- Returns: Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) cannot be returned. Home décor or Judaica items can be returned or exchanged only if defective.
- Quality Issues: Must be reported within two hours of delivery. Refunds or compensation are subject to the Company’s discretion.
Component Substitutions: The Company may replace unavailable components with similar items of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall appearance of the product.
